Uruguay’s female national team are the sole representative of the Pan American continent at the upcoming ‘Hero FIH Hockey5s Lausanne 2022’.
Just a few days before the start of the event, Manuela Vilar and Kaisuami Dall’orso discuss about their expectations and excitement to participate in this inaugural edition.
“I am very excited, it’s a brand new experience!”, Kaisuami says.
“The idea is to go and win the competition! Many of the girls have played Hockey5s at the Youth Olympic Games and the older ones are getting used to the rules”, Manuela adds.
