Initiative 5 aims at increasing the professionalism within the management of the sport. At FIH we are focused on having the right structures to attract and retain the right people developing a strong workforce, increasing the alignment between the international, continental and national levels of hockey and increasing the funding and programmes available to ensure the global development of hockey.
