ÔÇ£I am delighted to welcome Duncan Woods and Calum Giles to the coaching team. Each will bring an array of skills to the programme and, hopefully, will have long and successful coaching careers with England Hockey,ÔÇØ Men's Junior Performance Manager Peter Nicholson said.

Between them they have won 234 England and Great Britain caps and have participated in two Olympic Games, two World Cups, two Commonwealth Games and five Champion's Trophy tournaments. Clearly this experience will help to inspire the next generation of international athletes.

The U21 Assistant Coach position will be appointed in due course.

David Bunyan, Charlie Bannister and Steve Floyd, all coaches of National League clubs remain in the roles they have held recently, and provide the experience and stability required in achieving success with our junior programmes.

Marc Bourhill, who led the U18 programme in 2005, achieving a Bronze Medal at the European Championship in Poland, is appointed to lead the U16 programme.

Andy Halliday and Nick Beasant complete the management teams.  Andy, a former UK player of the year, also represented England Indoors both as a player and captain.  He will bring a great deal of expertise to the position, both from hockey, and from his professional career, to help create the right environment for our U21 athletes to excel, and prepare them to move into senior international hockey.

Nick Beasant, a Sports Performance Manager at Exeter University, brings a strong knowledge of TASS and LTAD, along with excellent communication skills, which are vital, with this particular age group. Nick is also a level 2 coach and has coached and managed the English University women's team.

ÔÇ£I am very pleased to welcome into the women's coaching team Martin Rodgers and Nick Clark, both of whom have previously worked in the men's programmes,ÔÇØ Women's Junior Performance Manager Karen Brown said.

Martin is vastly experienced, having been Head Coach to the U18 boys for a number of years, where two of his Assistant Coaches were Danny Kerry and Jason Lee - England's current Senior Head Coaches. In addition, Martin worked as an Assistant Coach to some of England's most well known coaches such as David Whitaker, Jon Royce and, more recently, Barry Dancer.

Nick Clark, a former England and Great Britain international, will lead the U16 side having previously worked in the men's programme as an Assistant Coach in the U21, U18 and U16 programmes. He has just returned to England from New Zealand where he was coaching a women's national league side along with the New Zealand U16 boy's squad.

Sue Chandler will continue her role as U21 Assistant Coach but will now work with Martin Rodgers in this capacity. In addition, she will take on the role of Head Coach to the U18's, which will ensure continuity between these vital age groups. Sue represented England for a number of years and was the Great Britain captain in the build up to the Sydney Olympics; unfortunately withdrawing due to injury.

New to the coaching teams are Ben Barnes and Simon Letchford who will take on the role of Assistant Coaches to the U18 and U16 squads respectively.  Ben, played for Reading Hockey Club for a number of years and also represented England and Great Britain.  Simon, as well as being England Hockey's Regional Development Manager based at Bisham Abbey, is also Director of Hockey at Bromley and Beckenham Hockey Club.

Naomi Jones will be the new Manager for the U18 squad and, like Simon, is England Hockey's Regional Development Manager based in Yorkshire. She has previously been Manager of North Regional Squads.

Sally Munday will continue in her role as Manager for the U21 squad and Kay Hanham, who has been managing the U18 and England Senior squads in the last year, will take over the Manager's role with the U16's.
