The men's final of the EuroHockey Championships 2023, which will take place from 18th to 27th August 2023 in the SparkassenPark in Mönchengladbach, is sold out. 9,500 spectators will see which men’s team will be crowned the new European Hockey Champions on 27th August from 15:00. All in all, six weeks before the start of the EuroHockey Championships 2023, the German Hockey Association is looking at encouraging ticket sales for the first major hockey event in Germany in 12 years. Only a few tickets are still available on a few more days. Fans should hurry if they want to be part of the 2023 hockey party.

"We have noticed a continuous interest in tickets for the EuroHockey Championships since the start of ticketing. Of course, our men's World Cup title has given us a further boost. At this point in time, we are very satisfied with the status of ticket sales and can only call on all interested parties to buy their tickets quickly in order to be sure to be there for the EuroHockey Championships 2023 and the musical supporting programme." - Niclas Thiel, Commercial Director of the German Hockey Federation

Tickets in short supply on other days
Apart from the men's final, tickets for the women's final day on the 26th of August are also in great demand. About a quarter of the tickets are only available here. Last remaining tickets are available for Saturday, 19th August, when sports fans can experience five matches of the EuroHockey Championships. Those who want to experience the men's hockey classic between Germany and the Netherlands live in the stadium on Monday, 21 August, should also hurry to buy their tickets. On this day, as part of HOCKEY x MUSIC, Hermes House Band will create a great atmosphere in SparkassenPark with party classics like "Sweet Caroline" or "Country Roads". Those who want to experience the men's final day live on site still have one last opportunity: with the EuroHockey Championship season ticket, which can already be purchased from € 195, hockey fans can experience all days and all matches of the EuroHockey Championship up close. But here, too, you should not hesitate for long.

Event programme provides further highlights
In addition to world-class hockey, the spectators at the EuroHockey Championships 2023 will also be offered top-class music. "HOCKEY x MUSIC" is the name of the event programme where musical acts will provide entertainment on six days of the EuroHockey Championships 2023 in addition to the top-class sport. The kick-off of the EuroHockey Championship on 18 August 2023 is particularly noteworthy: Directly after the German women's national hockey team has started the EuroHockey Championships against Scotland, the German singer Clueso will play a complete concert in the SparkassenPark - at no extra charge and as part of the ticket for the EuroHockey Championship. Furthermore, Höhner, Hermes House Band, Querbeat, Kate Ryan and Rednex will provide an exuberant atmosphere during the EuroHockey Championships.
