The global hockey community will convene in Doha, Qatar, for the 50th FIH Statutory Congress, scheduled for 24 October 2026. This biennial event will also feature the FIH Award Ceremony - during which the winners of the FIH Hockey Stars Awards 2026 will be revealed -, a National Associations Forum, and an Executive Board meeting.

As previously announced, elections for the FIH Executive Board will top the Congress agenda, which also includes an address and report by FIH President Tayyab Ikram, a vote on the membership application from the Lebanese Hockey Federation, and the presentation of a review of the FIH Regulatory and Judicial Framework.

The National Associations Forum, held on the eve of the Congress, will focus on two major topics: the IOC’s “Fit for the Future” initiative and the new FIH strategic framework.
